North Coast Resilience

Welcome to North Coast Resilience

Rooted in community, guided by nature —

North Coast Resilience cultivates local systems of care, connection, and regeneration.

Our Mission

To nurture a living, evolving network of community resilience — rooted in place, culture, and care.

Our Vision

We envision a vibrant mycelial network of local hubs — what we call “islands of potential” — where regenerative systems and mutual support can thrive. These hubs demonstrate what’s possible when communities reclaim their agency, creativity, and capacity to care for land and each other.

What We Do

Support Local Collaboration

We nurture grassroots collectives and community-led initiatives focused on food sovereignty, ecological stewardship, and mutual aid. From neighborhood growers to herbal medicine circles, we offer a platform for connection, visibility, and shared resources.

Cultivate Learning & Regeneration

Through seasonal gatherings, skillshares, and hands-on workshops, we help community members reconnect with traditional and regenerative practices — from bee-keeping and basket weaving to food preservation and collective singing.

Offer Purpose-Aligned Consulting

We work with individuals and groups ready to ground their vision in action. Our consulting services support community engagement, program development, storytelling, and strategy — all rooted in values of sustainability, justice, and interconnection.

Our Current Projects

Bonny Doon Community Growers

We are an enthusiastic group of Bonny Doon residents with an interest in food production and mutual aid. We gather to share tools, knowledge, plants, produce and to develop stronger systems for food sovereignty in our mountain community. For more info, contact Dabney at northcoastresilience@gmail.com.

Bonny Doon Community Sing

Singing can bring us back into connection with our own hearts, to spirit, and to a sense of enduring joy. It can regulate and calm our nervous systems, improve our moods, or just be good old fashioned fun! Whatever brings you to the practice of singing is welcome in this community song circle.

We will sing simple songs and chants in the rich container of community.
All people and experience levels are welcome!

Molino Creek Herb Collective

The Molino Creek Herb Collective is an informal collective of women committed to earth tending, sisterhood and herbal medicine. Our intention is to expand our relationship and knowledge of our plant allies, work together to collectively cultivate our own medicine, and provide a sustainable source of organic local medicine. We are grateful to Sharon Potteiger and Molino Creek Farm, an 140 acre CCOF farm for hosting us.
